Company car Company bonuses Hybrid working Company credit card Business expenses paid Key Responsibilities of a Quantity Surveyor: Working closely with the Commercial Manager, you''ll manage the commercial performance of multiple contracts, protect margins and maximise cost recovery. Prepare and agree client valuations. Price variations and recover additional costs. Negotiate and agree final accounts. Monitor costs, cash flow and profitability. Produce monthly financial reports. Identify risks and prevent overspends. Calculate material quantities from drawings. Obtain, compare and negotiate subcontractor quotes. Place orders and manage subcontractor payments. Monitor supply chain costs and liabilities. Ensure accurate cost allocation. Identify opportunities to improve margins and performance.
