Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a developer/contractor undertaking new build residential, mixed-use and commercial schemes across the country. The need now exists for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a scheme in Vauxhall, South West London. The project is a 250 bed hotel. The position will report into the Project Director. Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience on large commercial schemes. It is essential you have previously worked for a well-known contractor or developer. You will be requred to assist with procurement and manage packages. In return, our client is offering a basic salary between 65k - 70k + full package and bonus. ..... full job details .....
