This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role within a business that has a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming work, offering both stability and the chance to make a genuine impact. The company operates across a diverse portfolio of projects, typically ranging in value from £500k to £5m, delivered through competitive tenders, framework agreements, and their own developments. You''ll be joining a close-knit commercial team of 10, with a strong, supportive culture and the opportunity to influence how the team continues to develop. The Role As a Senior / Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring commercial success and effective cost control.
