QUANTITY SURVEYOR Your new company They are a major provider of construction-related services across the Midlands and East Anglia, delivering earthworks, demolition, waste management, and material supply. Their operations span a large fleet, multiple quarries, recycling centres, and concrete facilities, supporting projects from early groundworks through to site completion. With an integrated service model, they play a key role in enabling efficient, end-to-end delivery for contractors and developers. ResponsibilitiesThey oversee the full commercial management of projects, from contract review and subcontract procurement to valuations, cost reporting and final accounts. The role ensures accurate financial control, timely certification, strong client relationships and proactive risk management throughout the project lifecycle. They support the wider team, uphold professional standards, and contribute to securing future work while maintaining a strong focus on health and safety.
