Senior Quantity Surveyor Infrastructure East Anglia (Norwich to Tilbury corridor) £63,000 £67,000 + Car/Car Allowance (£4,700)An established major infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its East Anglia team, supporting the successful commercial delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects across the region.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute QS with a strong background in infrastructure and main contracting environments to take ownership of key projects while supporting junior team members and working closely with operational delivery teams.The Role You will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of projects from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring contractual compliance, financial performance, and effective risk management throughout the project lifecycle.Key responsibilities include: Leading commercial activities across live infrastructure projectsManaging procurement processes, subcontract packages, and tender evaluationsPreparing, reviewing, and agreeing interim valuations and final accountsMaximising project cash flow through accurate forecasting and timely invoicingMonitoring project costs, resources, and commercial performance against targetsManaging compensation events, variations, risks, and opportunitiesEnsuring compliance with NEC contracts and maintaining robust commercial recordsSupporting sustainability and carbon reduction objectivesBuilding strong working ..... full job details .....
