This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of schemes while developing your career within one of the UK''s leading utilities and water contractors.The Role Working as part of an established commercial team, you''ll be responsible for the financial and contractual management of multiple projects from inception through to final account.Key Responsibilities:Managing project costs and ensuring commercial performance targets are achievedPreparing and submitting applications for paymentProducing cost reports, forecasts and cash flow projectionsManaging subcontractor procurement, payments and final accountsIdentifying, pricing and agreeing variations and compensation eventsAdministering contracts (NEC) and ensuring compliance with contractual obligationsSupporting the management of project risk and opportunity registersWorking closely with operational teams to monitor project performance and drive valueAssisting with the preparation and negotiation of client submissionsSupporting dispute ..... full job details .....
