Quantity Surveyor

Global Highland is delighted to be supporting our client in the appointment of an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their PMO team and play a key role in the delivery of a major FTTP fibre infrastructure programme. Are you a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor with strong contractual experience and a background in infrastructure, utilities, telecommunications or civil engineering? This could be an excellent opportunity to take on a key commercial role within a large-scale network build programme. Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will be responsible for the commercial management of allocated fibre infrastructure projects from inception through to completion. You will work closely with Programme Managers, project delivery teams, contractors and external partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, within budget and in line with contractual requirements. The successful candidate will bring strong commercial judgement, excellent contractual knowledge and a proactive approach to identifying risks, opportunities and efficiencies. You will have the opportunity to influence project decisions, build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to the successful delivery of a high-profile infrastructure programme.
