Quantity SurveyorLocation: BracknellSalary: 55,000 - 75,000The OpportunityAre you a Quantity Surveyor looking to work on projects that genuinely make a difference?We are seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join a regional delivery team working across a range of decarbonisation and energy transition projects. Reporting to a Regional Commercial Manager and supported by a wider commercial team, you''ll play a key role in the successful commercial delivery of projects while contributing to a more sustainable future.This role offers a flexible and collaborative working environment, combining office-based, site-based and remote working.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and control the commercial, financial and contractual elements of projects.Produce accurate commercial reports, forecasts and cost/value reconciliations.Prepare timely and accurate client valuations.Lead subcontract procurement activities, including the preparation of subcontract agreements.Manage subcontract accounts, variations and change control processes.Ensure all commercial obligations are administered in line with client contracts.Work closely with operations and design teams to identify risks, maximise opportunities and improve project outcomes.Support effective change management throughout project delivery.Liaise with Commercial Managers and Project Directors on contractual matters.Attend project and company meetings as required.Build and maintain strong client relationships to support future business ..... full job details .....
