A respected niche construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to its Manchester city centre team, working across a range of residential and heritage restoration schemes.

The Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will demonstrate strong commercial awareness, proactively identifying cost-saving opportunities and delivering value for clients, while creating long-term client relationships to support the consultancy''s future growth and success.

The Quantity Surveyor will be expected to maintain the highest standards of work, ensuring all outputs align with the company''s commitment to quality and excellence.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS or working towards
• 3+ Years PQS experience
• Commercially minded
• Innovative thinker
• Strong communication skills
