Quantity Surveyor

A multinational Construction Consultancy is seeking a venturesome Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham.

The Quantity Surveyor''s role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will carry out a variety of duties such as contract administration, preparing feasibility reports, cost management and interim payments.

The new Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility and show leadership in a client facing position of the project during both pre and post contract.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
• Environmental project experience would be beneficial
• Pre and post contract experience
• Multiple years'' experience in a Quantity Surveyor client facing role
• MRICS or working towards
