The business operates across several sectors with projects across the industrial, defence, education and life sciences valuing between 5mil - 70mil. Having recently secured a new project in the South, they''re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team. About the role of Quantity Surveyor:As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing a project valued under 10mil and will be responsible for the project from the early procurement stage, reporting into the Managing Quantity Surveyor. Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor: Manage sub-contract procurement Manage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variationsManage monthly valuations and liaise with the client Deal with final accounts Key Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position: Hold a HNC / construction related degree Have administered JCT forms of contractMust have the full right to work in the UK Must be happy to commute to Sites as required This is a fantastic opportunity to join a contractor with a reputation for delivering excellence.
