This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile Civils and Rail projects, contributing to the successful delivery of complex contracts across the UK.Key Responsibilities of a Senior Quantity Surveyor:Implement commercial reporting systems to maximise contract profitability.Oversee cost analysis and estimation aligned with agreed Schedules of Rates.Prepare and review Activity Schedules, Resource Schedules, and tender documents.Monitor subcontractor activities and manage commercial aspects with stakeholders.Analyse commercial progress and prepare internal financial reports.Lead procurement processes and manage subcontractor negotiations.Prepare and agree on final accounts and interim valuations.Mentor junior commercial staff and support their development.Chair site and client progress meetings and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts.Health and Safety Responsibilities for a Senior Quantity Surveyor:Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures.Ensure safe, quality, and timely delivery of all contract programmes.Drive a "Right First Time" ..... full job details .....
