Quantity Surveyor

About the role of Quantity Surveyor:

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the city harbour office of an internationally known construction group in their logistics and temporary services division. Any new starters will be joining a pre-established team of industry experts and working on projects with valuations between -1 million and -30 million. The role is 5 days a week on site or in the head office and travel to sites overseas is not mandatory.

Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:

• Working from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.
• Managing Packages.
• Managing Sub-Contractors.
• Site Meetings.

Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:

• Background or some experience within the logistics and temporary services sector, or years of experience working for a sub-contractor.
• Degree qualified and needs to be construction based.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
