Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a market leading, multi-disciplined contractor who-are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to strenghten their Ground Engineering division. Due to growth and a full order book, they now require an experienced, Quantity Surveyor with a background in Sub-contracting ideally for a civil engineering conntractor.This is a key role within the company, who offer office and site flexibility based flexibility and an excellent career path.-

Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a-Quantity Surveyor-with 5 years minimum post graduate experience in the administration of NEC, JCT and bespoke forms of sub-contract agreements.

The position encompasses the administration of full turn-key sub-contracts from pre-contract specialist terms and conditions agreement through the issue of EWN and CE, Applications for Payment and the conclusion of the Final Account in a fast track environment.
