These are complex, high-value packages that require real technical and commercial skill.You''ll join a highly regarded commercial team on major schemes, with excellent training, a strong pipeline and a clear route to progress.The roleFull commercial management of fa ade packages, from contract award through to final accountContract review, and setting up packages with Tier 1 main contractor clientsMonthly applications for payment, valuations and cashflow managementProcuring and managing the supply chain and subcontractors, including orders, payments and final accountsChange control: identifying, pricing and agreeing variations and claimsMonthly cost reporting, CVRs and forecastingManaging commercial risk and opportunity, and protecting contractual entitlementWorking closely with project managers, design and engineering teamsAt Senior QS level, leading the commercial side of larger packages and mentoring junior QSsWhat you''ll needFa ade or ..... full job details .....
