Quantity Surveyor Yeovil or Bristol (Hybrid) South West ProjectsAn established and growing property services contractor is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support delivery across a portfolio of social housing refurbishment works in the South West.This is a hybrid role offering a mix of office, site, and home working, where you''ll be given the autonomy to manage projects end-to-end while being part of a collaborative and supportive commercial team.The RoleYou will be responsible for the commercial management of planned refurbishment works (internal and external) within tenanted properties, including:Managing costs across the full project lifecyclePreparing estimates, tenders, and procurement programmesProcuring and managing subcontractorsProducing cash flow forecasts and monthly valuationsSubmitting applications for payment and managing invoicingMonitoring budgets, variations, and contract performanceBuilding strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and operational teamsSupporting junior team members where requiredWhat''s on OfferCompetitive salary + car allowance27 days holiday + bank holidays (with option to buy/sell)Company pension (up to 7.5% contribution)Hybrid and flexible workingAdditional benefits including healthcare scheme, retail discounts, and paid volunteering dayAbout YouExperience working as a Quantity Surveyor within refurbishment or maintenance projectsAbility to manage multiple contracts simultaneouslyStrong knowledge of JCT and Measured Term ..... full job details .....
