The role
 

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning, tendering, and post-contract duties across a diverse portfolio. You will work from the Sandwich office and travel to sites throughout the South East.

Key duties

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets
• Manage tender processes and contracts
• Conduct site visits and valuations
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure projects meet financial targets and deadlines

About you

• Minimum 5 years’ Quantity Surveying experience
• Background in residential, commercial, and educational sectors
• MRICS qualification desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
