Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Location: Kent

Salary & Package: Competitive For The Region

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Senior Surveyor / Commercial Manager
• Administration of subcontract works packages
• Assist in the production and issue of commercial notices, to both the Client and Subcontractors
• Provide information to the Commercial team

Requirements:

• Experience working for a UK national / regional building contractor
• Ambitions to progress to the Quantity Surveyor and beyond
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and bespoke packages
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and can work to tight deadlines
• Willingness to undertake training and development
