Our client, a well-established main contractor, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their office in Dungannon. With a strong reputation across construction, civil engineering, and fit-out, they deliver a wide range of projects across the East Midlands.

Role Responsibilities
- Negotiate and appoint sub-contractors.
- Manage sub-contractor packages from appointment to final account.
- Prepare and submit valuations and variations.
- Work closely with Contracts Managers and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to review progress, quality, and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and information management systems.
- Undertake any other tasks appropriate to the role.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years'' experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, particularly NEC.
- Ability to plan, organise, prioritise, and meet deadlines independently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Full UK driving licence.
