I am working with a large organisation who are looking for 2x Quantity Surveyors to start ASAP for a potential 3 year contract.
The role will be based in South Wales. 4 days on site / 1 day remote
Pay is negotiable - INSIDE IR35
Main duties and experience needed;
- Experienced QS
- Contract management
- Claims
- Documentation
- Management of contract processes
- Liaising with stakeholders
- NEC4 or FIDIC is essential
- RICS is beneficial
- QS degree or some equivalent within Law
- Industry experience - industrial, chemical, nuclear, power, petrochem
