Vale Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, to join an established team on commercial projects within the Swansea area. Prepare and analyse cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projectsConduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to determine project viabilityCollaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop accurate cost plansMonitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgetary constraintsIdentify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering solutionsReview and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractorsTrack and manage project costs throughout the construction processPrepare and submit progress payment claims to clientsQualifications
