Quantity Surveyor

CJS Recruitment are looking for an Quantity surveyor / Estimator who is capable of contract administrative duties also looking for 1 year industry experience in the Residential / Extensions sector.-

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for internal building projects-

- Learn & assist in contracts administration processes-

- Support the director with project management & coordination-

- Assist with budgeting, schedules for procurement and cost control-

- Work closely with internal Architect and project teams to ensure efficiency-

REQUIREMENTS

- Qualification/ Degree in Quantity Surveying /Estimating or Construction Management-

- 1-2 years relevant experience

- Strong numerical & analytical skills

- Familiar-with Construction contracts-

- Excellent communication & organisational skills-

- Willingness to learn & develop-
