A top Main Contractor client of ours, a Modular Build business, has asked us to provide some commercial support ASAP.

- Are you an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor looking for a new contract?

- Do you have Modular Build project experience?

- Fancy working with an elite project team?

Project Quantity Surveyors roles & responsibilities:

- Managing Client
- Payments / Variations
- Reporting
- CVRs
- Final Accounts

Project-Quantity Surveyor experience required:

- Minimum 7 years Quantity Surveying experience
- Previous Modular Build project experience - desirable
- Degree educated or similar
- Excellent IT / reporting skills
- Strong communication skills
