Quantity Surveyor Construction

This specialist contractor design, fabricate and install a range of Architectural Glazing and Structural Steel work across the Commercial Office and Residential Developer sectors. As a result of expansion they are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor with 5 years + UK Construction sectir experience to work closely with the Senior Leadership team. Based from an office near Reading and travelling to different sites you will be involved with each Project at Pre Contract stage and will be required to work closely with the Sales, Design, Production, Project Management teams, as well as commercial stakeholders within Principal Contractors and clients To be successful the candidate must have/be all of the following: Quantity Surveying or Construction related qualification Experience working as Project QS within a Construction Contractor, Principal Contractor or onstruction Material Manufacturer. Substantial experience in undertaking the financial management, procurement and administration of contracts Experience in managing project budgets and setting up financial controls Demonstrable skills to undertake contract administration Knowledge of JCT contract terms and conditions ( and variations of) In return the successful candidate will be rewarded with a basic up to 85000 Company Car/ Car Allowance, Pension, Medical, 25 days annual leave, Life Insurance , ..... full job details .....
