Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering

TLG Infrastructure are actively recruiting Quantity Surveyors with experience in the civil engineering and infrastructure sector.

We are open to speaking with people with experience across Highways, Railways, Water and Power.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to join an established and experience commercial team with good opportunity to grow and move into more senior positions.

Quantity Surveyor responsibilities will be:

• Cost estimating and budgeting
• Cost control and financial reporting
• Project forecasting and cash flow management
• Subcontractor procurement and management
• Tendering and commercial negotiations
• Measurement and valuation of works
• Managing variations and change
• Contract administration and compliance
• Final accounts and commercial close-out
• Commercial risk and opportunity management
• Preference in knowledge working with NEC Form of contract preferred
