Job Title: Senior Quantity SurveyorLocation: ShropshireSalary: 60,000 - 75,000 + Excellent Benefits PackageJob Type: PermanentAbout the CompanyAn established and growing privately owned housebuilder delivering high-quality residential developments across the Midlands and Welsh Marches.The business has a strong focus on quality, attention to detail and carefully considered residential developments, with an experienced in-house team overseeing projects from design through to completion.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team and take responsibility for the financial and commercial management of major residential developments.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in housebuilding / residential development.You will take responsibility for the commercial management of developments from pre-construction and procurement through to completion and final account.Working closely with the Commercial Director, construction teams, subcontractors and wider development team, you will ensure projects are delivered commercially within budget while identifying opportunities to improve performance and profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesTake commercial responsibility for allocated residential developments.Manage project budgets, cost plans and financial forecasts.Monitor project expenditure against approved budgets.Prepare and review cost/value reports and commercial ..... full job details .....
