With a strong focus on quality, workmanship and delivering projects on time and within budget, the company is now looking to strengthen its commercial team with an experienced Quantity Surveyor.The RoleAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join the business and take responsibility for the commercial management of refurbishment and fit-out projects across Lancashire.You will work closely with the project and site teams, managing costs from procurement through to final account while ensuring projects remain commercially controlled and profitable.This role would suit an experienced QS from a refurbishment, fit-out, interiors or general building background who is looking for a position with responsibility and the opportunity to play an important role within a growing business.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial management of refurbishment and fit-out projectsManaging project costs, budgets and financial performancePreparing and reviewing valuations and applications for paymentManaging subcontractor procurement ..... full job details .....
