The company works closely with clients, developers, architects and contractors to deliver high-quality interiors with a strong focus on craftsmanship, detail and project delivery.The RoleAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team and take responsibility for the commercial management of fit-out and interior projects.Working closely with the Project and Delivery Teams, you will manage projects from procurement through to final account, ensuring costs are controlled, commercial risks are identified and projects are delivered profitably.This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor with a strong fit-out, interiors, joinery or specialist subcontractor background who is looking to join a growing business with an interesting and varied project portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial management of fit-out and interior projects from pre-construction through to final accountManaging project budgets, costs and financial performanceReviewing drawings, ..... full job details .....
