Over the last 12 months, the contractor s Heathrow workload has scaled dramatically from £3m to £20m, with a clear pipeline in place to grow this to circa £50m this year alone through secured and anticipated additional packages. This is not a static portfolio - it is a live, fast-growing programme of works driven by repeat success and strong client relationships. As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be stepping into a business where growth is already happening, and your role will directly influence how effectively that expansion is delivered commercially.
