Support senior commercial colleagues and contribute to all aspects of project cost management.Procure and manage subcontractors and the supply chain.Measure, record, and value works in line with procedures.Build up estimates and interpret drawings/specifications.Collate cost and value information, preparing cost reconciliation statements.Manage commercial activities in line with programmes and governance requirements.Build strong relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, customers, and stakeholders.What you’ll bring
BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.Previous commercial experience in construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.Working towards (or already gained) professional membership of RICS, ICES, or CIOB.Why join us
