The MEP Associate Quantity Surveyor will be leading all MEP projects and have the chance to grow the MEP team from scratch. The MEP Associate Quantity Surveyor will be offered Hybrid working.Company

The MEP Associate Quantity Surveyor will be joining an up-and-coming cost consultancy, who are looking to grow their MEP team, as they have an extremely strong pipeline of work. You would be joining a brand new, ambitious and hard-working team of 3 Quantity Surveyors, including the 2 Directors and one Senior Quantity Surveyor. They are an incredibly supportive and social team who strive success for the business and their employees.The role of the MEP Associate Quantity Surveyor

The MEP Associate Quantity Surveyor will be working on a range of Commercial projects across central London with contract values from £1.5m to £600m. The MEP Associate Quantity Surveyor will come in and have the opportunity to grow the MEP team from scratch, the company are looking to have a team of 5 MEP surveyors! You would have full autonomy in the role and would be running all things MEP - with the support from the founding Directors if needed.Responsibilities

Lead all MEP projects and manage MEP-related commercial activitiesQualifications

BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degreePreferably MRICSMEP/MandE experienceExperience within the Commercial SectorExperience within a private practice / consultancyStrong Pre and post contract knowledgeIn return
