Our team based in Darlington are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor. This is a key role within the commercial team, responsible for ensuring cost control, value for money and robust commercial governance across the contract. The role suits a Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable working in a structured, framework-driven environment and who values consistency, accuracy and collaboration who is not adverse to occasional pricing. What You ll Be Doing Manage the commercial and financial delivery of commercial interior, fit-out, and refurbishment projects across healthcare, education, and public sector environments. Preparing and reviewing valuations, cost reports and forecasts Managing subcontractor accounts, applications and final accounts Controlling variations, ensuring accurate pricing and commercial justification Supporting the preparation of budgets, cashflow forecasts and cost value reconciliations Working ..... full job details .....
