Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a well known and highly respected privately owned contractor. This company is a highly successful contractor and is well known for their expertise in the field of refurbishment projects up to -5m in primarily in London and the South East. They are looking to expand their commercial function, which is currently supported by a full order book.-

They are looking to recruit an Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to be responsible for all financial matters who is reporting to a Senior QS.

Sectors are within the education, public buildings and social housing with typical values being -1m / -2m.

They expect the candidate to ideally have a quantity surveying degree, have at least 3 years experience and come from a contracting background.
