The business operates across a diverse range of sectors including Commercial, Leisure, Industrial, Education, Retail and Public Sector, with a growing project portfolio and an expanding client base. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor with a background in Construction, Building Envelope or Roofing to take ownership of the commercial function across a portfolio of live projects. This is a senior position within the business, offering significant autonomy and responsibility. The successful candidate will have full commercial responsibility for a portfolio of contracts from pre-construction through to final account, alongside developing and maintaining strong relationships with Main Contractors and key clients. Key Responsibilities Take full commercial ownership of allocated projects, including cost control, valuations, variations and final accounts.
