Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing contractor delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across demolition, earthworks, and civil engineering.This is a stand-alone role, offering autonomy and the opportunity to take full commercial ownership of multiple projects. The position is primarily remote, with regular travel to sites across London and the Home Counties.Position: Quantity SurveyorLocation: Flexible (London and Home Counties)Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (dependent on level of experience, projects worked on, etc)Benefits: Car/allowance, lodge, subsistence, pension, etc.About the role: Full commercial management of multiple projectsCost planning, budgeting, and forecastingPreparation of valuations, variations, and final accountsSubcontract procurement and account managementCost value reconciliation (CVR) and financial reportingManaging change control and commercial riskLiaising with clients, site teams, and stakeholdersSupporting tendering and estimating where required About you:We are looking for a commercially astute and self-sufficient Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable working independently across multiple sites.
