Technical Quality Specialist About the Opportunity An established food production business is looking for a motivated and organised technical professional to join its quality team. The successful candidate will help maintain high standards of product safety, quality, and compliance while supporting the ongoing development of internal processes and systems. This role would suit someone with experience in food manufacturing who enjoys working with technical information, coordinating compliance activities, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with colleagues across different departments. Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 Key Responsibilities Support the maintenance and ongoing development of quality assurance systems and procedures. Help ensure products and manufacturing processes meet applicable food safety legislation, industry standards, and customer expectations. Maintain accurate technical documentation, operational procedures, product information, and quality records. Assist with audit preparation, evidence gathering, follow-up actions, and ongoing compliance monitoring. Maintain supplier records and support the assessment and approval of raw materials and suppliers. Keep internal databases and digital systems up to date, ensuring information remains accurate and accessible. Coordinate supplier checks and risk assessments relating to product integrity, authenticity, and supply chain vulnerabilities.
