Quality Systems Engineer Worcester, Worcestershire £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + excellent benefits We at JKR are supporting a growing manufacturer and distributor of specialist construction products, with a strong international presence and a focus on innovation. We are recruiting for an experienced Quality Systems Engineer to build and implement the company''s Quality Management System (QMS) from scratch. Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will carry out gap analysis, create clear processes and documentation, and embed an ISO 9001 QMS that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements. The Quality Systems Engineer Role Build and implement the company''s ISO 9001 QMS from scratch, establishing practical processes that meet customer and regulatory requirements Conduct gap analysis, identify missing processes and controls, and implement action plans to address the findings Create, implement and control process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality manuals and supporting documentation aligned with applicable construction industry regulatory requirements Lead internal audits, host external certification bodies and prepare the QMS for certification audits Investigate non-conformances using 8D, Fishbone and 5 Whys, managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and checking their effectiveness Train employees on QMS procedures and compliance requirements, working with process owners to embed consistent ways of working Monitor CAPA closure, recurring ..... full job details .....
