Quality Systems Co-Ordinator Alton 37.5 Hours per week This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance professional who enjoys customer interaction, quality systems and continuous improvement. The role offers a varied workload across internal quality activities and direct engagement with high-profile customers within the beauty, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. Success in this role will come from strong technical quality knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with both customers and internal teams. . Ideal Candidate My client is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Systems Co-Ordinator. They are looking for someone who has: Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Systems role within a regulated manufacturing environment. Qualified Internal Auditor status (essential). Previous responsibility for internal audits, CAPAs, deviations, change control and customer quality investigations. Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills. Experience dealing directly with customers on quality matters. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. GMP experience (desirable). Degree or equivalent in a science, engineering or manufacturing discipline (desirable). Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the internal QMS audit programme.
