The role offers a varied workload across internal quality activities and direct engagement with high-profile customers within the beauty, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. Ideal Candidate-

My client is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Systems Co-Ordinator.- They are looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Systems role within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Qualified Internal Auditor status (essential).
• Previous responsibility for internal audits, CAPAs, deviations, change control and customer quality investigations.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience dealing directly with customers on quality matters.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• GMP experience (desirable).
• Degree or equivalent in a science, engineering or manufacturing discipline (desirable).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the internal QMS audit programme.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure audit actions are completed.
• Lead and support investigations into non-conformances, deviations and quality issues.
• Manage the Change Control process.
• Investigate customer complaints and quality issues, providing timely responses.
• Monitor and verify CAPAs, including effectiveness checks.
• Support risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide Quality support to New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
• Participate in line trials and first production reviews from a Quality perspective.
• Review and approve packing specifications.
• Support Product Quality Reviews (PQRs).
• Attend customer meetings as the Quality representative where required.

Essential Criteria

• Experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Systems role.
• Are qualified and experienced Internal Auditors.
• Have experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Have experience managing quality systems, investigations and CAPAs.
• Are confident communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Have the legal right to work in the UK, with permanent work status preferred.
