You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining compliance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement to ensure consistent product quality and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day quality operations and implement effective quality frameworksEnsure production activities meet internal standards and external regulatory requirementsLead audits, inspections, and compliance reviews across the siteAnalyse quality data to identify trends and drive performance improvementsWork collaboratively with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issuesManage customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of quality concernsDevelop and mentor the quality team to achieve business objectivesMaintain and improve quality documentation, systems, and processesCoordinate supplier quality standards and monitor raw material performanceLead product testing, validation, and ..... full job details .....
