The role involves coordinating site activities such as materials processing, yard operations, loading, stock control, and traffic management.Acting in a hands-on leadership capacity, the Site Operations Manager will manage site teams, plan labour and resources, and work closely with supervisors and the Wash Plant Manager to achieve production goals and maintain operational continuity.Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications: Previous experience as a Site Operations Manager or in a similar senior operational roleSound understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirementsStrong organisational and people management skillsExperience in a Plant or Production EnvironmentNEBOSH or IOSH Health and Safety qualificationNPORS or CPCS tickets for excavator or loading shovel operations Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications ..... full job details .....
