You’ll be involved in everything from developing quality strategies to overseeing inspections, managing non-conformances, and deputising for the HK8010 Quality Director when required.Key Responsibilities
You’ll support the development and deployment of quality management arrangements across the HK8010 scope of work.You’ll ensure consistent implementation of quality processes across the MEH Alliance organisation.You’ll monitor the effectiveness of quality activities, taking action where improvements are needed.You’ll produce and oversee the quality partitioning strategy for HK8010.You’ll approve processes, procedures, and quality outputs as required.You’ll review and provide input on End of Erection Status Reports (EESRs) in your assigned scope of work.You’ll deputise for the HK8010 Quality Director when required.You’ll oversee installation surveillance and inspection activities.You’ll manage the process for non-conformances and deviations, ensuring timely resolution.You’ll drive improvements in quality implementation by identifying gaps, resolving issues, and supporting others to embed change.You’ll provide accurate and regular reporting on the quality status of HK8010 activities.What You’ll Bring to the Role

You have a degree in a STEM discipline.You’ve achieved ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor qualification.You have broad experience delivering quality solutions on large, complex projects.You have a proven track record of achieving results under tight timescales with evolving scope.Chartered Quality Institute membership (Corporate Member or working towards Chartered Quality Professional status).Commercial awareness and knowledge of contract management arrangements (preferably NEC4).What we offer
