Quality Manager
to lead assurance activities across a critical scope of works, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance throughout the construction lifecycle.What You’ll Do as a Quality ManagerLead a team of Quality Engineers and Inspectors across a complex, regulated environmentEnsure adherence to the Contract Quality Assurance Plan (CQAP) and develop project-specific proceduresPromote a strong nuclear safety culture and ensure all site activities are undertaken safely and responsiblyManage the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process and provide feedback to stakeholdersMonitor quality KPIs, prepare progress reports, and recommend improvement actionsOversee the review and acceptance of Life Time Quality Records (LTQRs) and handover documentationSupport audits, equipment specification reviews, and continuous improvement initiativesDrive a risk-based, data-driven approach to quality management and project performanceWhat You’ll Bring as a Quality ManagerISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor qualificationDegree or minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Management within a regulated industryProven ability to lead and develop multi-functional teamsStrong understanding of manufacturing, inspection, and quality improvement toolsExperience transforming strategic quality objectives into actionable resultsFamiliarity with ISO 19443:2018 and nuclear safety culture is highly desirableMembership of a professional body (e.g. CQP MCQI, ASQ CMQ) is a plusWhy This Role?This is more than a job-it’s a chance to contribute to a nationally significant project that’s setting the standard for the future of nuclear construction.
