As a Quality Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the Quality function for the site, aligning with business and organisational standards
• Provide strategic and operational leadership to Quality teams, including engineers, auditors and inspectors
• Act as primary point of contact for customers on quality matters, including escalations and corrective actions
• Establish and continuously improve the Quality Management System to ensure regulatory and customer compliance
• Lead internal, external and customer audits, ensuring effective preparation and closure of findings
• Drive structured problem-solving using root cause analysis to eliminate recurrence

As a Quality Manager, your experience will include:

• Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field
• 10+ years'' progressive experience in Quality roles within regulated manufacturing environments
• 5+ years'' leadership experience managing Quality teams, including leading leaders
• Demonstrated experience leading and maintaining Quality Management Systems
• Proven experience leading internal, external and customer audits with corrective action plans
• Strong knowledge of quality methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why and CAPA
