Quality Manager

With a strong reputation for innovation, quality and operational excellence, they are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality activities at their Dundee manufacturing facility.Your new role As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and continuously improving the site''s Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory and business requirements. You will lead a team of quality professionals, drive a culture of continuous improvement and act as the primary quality authority across the site.Key responsibilities will include:Leading all quality assurance and quality control activities across manufacturing operations.Maintaining and improving the site''s Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and industry-specific standards.Managing internal and external audits, customer audits and regulatory inspections.Driving root cause analysis and corrective action activities using structured problem-solving methodologies.Monitoring quality KPIs and implementing improvement initiatives to reduce non-conformance and improve customer satisfaction.Managing customer quality issues and supporting effective resolution of complaints and returns.Supporting new product introduction activities and ..... full job details .....
