Quality Manager wanted for a business where getting it right first time matters.You''ll take full ownership of the Quality Management System, from ISO 9001 compliance through to First Article Inspection and beyond.This is a role for someone who takes genuine pride in precision and won''t cut corners on the detail.As a Quality Manager, you will benefit from: 25 days holiday + bank holidaysChristmas bonusCompany social eventsFree onsite parkingPension scheme As a Quality Manager, your responsibilities will include: Maintain and continually improve the company''s Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001Lead internal and external quality audits, including certification and customer assessmentsManage First Article Inspection documentation, including weld maps, material certificates and inspection reportsOversee welding quality records, including WPSs, PQRs and welder qualification recordsLead non-conformance investigations and drive corrective and preventive actionsManage supplier quality performance, including audits and supplier corrective action requests As a Quality Manager, your experience will include: Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in a similar role within a manufacturing or fabrication environmentStrong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management SystemsExperience with First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation and processesBackground in welding quality management, including WPS and PQR administrationExperience leading root cause ..... full job details .....
