Quality ManagerDorking Manufacturing ISO 9001 / ISO 13485We''re looking for an experienced Quality Manager to take ownership of quality at a busy manufacturing site, leading the quality team and driving improvements across the operation.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being close to manufacturing, working with engineering and operations, solving problems and making sure quality is built into the process - not simply dealt with afterwards.You''ll have responsibility for the site Quality Management System, maintaining ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485 standards while identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce defects and deliver consistently high standards for customers.What you''ll be doingLeading, coaching and developing the site quality teamTaking ownership of the QMS and maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 complianceLeading internal and external audits and ensuring corrective actions are completed effectivelyDriving reductions in defects, non-conformances and customer complaintsLeading root cause analysis and implementing robust corrective and preventative actionsWorking closely with manufacturing, engineering and other teams to improve Right First Time performanceUsing quality data and trends to identify problems before they become bigger issuesDriving continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma principlesMonitoring key quality measures including defect rates, customer complaints, audit performance and cost of poor qualitySupporting ..... full job details .....
