Construction Quality Manager Westminster Salary: Competitive + Package An established and growing main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Construction Quality Manager to drive quality standards across a diverse portfolio of refurbishment, new build and maintenance projects. Projects range from 50,000 to 10 million. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, Quality Manager or Clerk of Works looking to move into a dedicated quality-focused role where you''ll influence projects from pre-construction through to completion. The Role Working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams and Directors, you''ll champion a culture of quality throughout the business, helping deliver projects right first time while reducing defects and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities Champion quality across all live construction projects. Support project teams in developing and implementing Project Quality Plans (PQPs). Review and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure compliance with specifications and statutory requirements. Carry out regular quality inspections across multiple sites. Identify quality issues, monitor corrective actions and ensure effective close out. Produce inspection reports and provide practical recommendations to project teams.
