Head of Operations and QualityLocation: Aylesbury, BuckinghamshireSalary: 50,000 - 55,000 per annumJob Type: Full-time, PermanentTravel: Regular travel across services in Buckinghamshire and OxfordshireWe are working with an established adult social care provider who are looking for an experienced Head of Operations and Quality to join their senior management team.This is a key leadership position with responsibility for overseeing operational performance, quality, compliance and continuous improvement across a portfolio of care homes throughout Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.The successful candidate will work closely with Registered Managers and senior leadership to ensure services are operating safely, effectively and consistently, while maintaining a strong focus on person-centred care and positive outcomes.The RoleProvide operational leadership and oversight across multiple care homesSupport, coach and challenge Registered Managers to achieve consistently high standardsLead on quality assurance, governance and continuous improvementMonitor compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements and relevant legislationCarry out regular quality audits, service reviews and compliance checksMonitor and review incidents, complaints, safeguarding concerns and action plansEnsure identified improvements are implemented and sustainedSupport Registered Managers with CQC inspections, action plans and regulatory requirementsReview care plans, risk assessments, medication ..... full job details .....
