Quality Manager

Your new company A well established manufacturing business in the Strabane area is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and develop its quality function. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional to play a pivotal role in driving compliance, continuous improvement and operational excellence across the business.Your new role As Quality Manager, you will take ownership of the Quality Management System, ensuring all company procedures, customer requirements and industry standards are maintained and continuously improved. You will oversee quality assurance activities across the manufacturing operation, manage customer and supplier non-conformances, lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventative actions. The role will involve supporting external audits, including ISO 9001 and BRC audits, conducting internal audits, managing quality documentation and working closely with production teams to drive quality performance. You will also provide training, monitor quality trends, support continuous improvement initiatives and build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders across the business.
